Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Have only had it since last OCTOBER & used about 6 times
First delete everything sent to the printer. Either click on the printer icon down by the clock (bottom right) if it is showing or go to start settings 'Printers and Faxes' and double click on your printer. Highlight everything sent to the printer and select canel documents.
Try stopping and re-starting print spooler. Right click on 'My Computer' select 'Manage' now select 'Services'. Scroll down until you get to print spooler. You can select it then right click and choose 'Stop'. Now click on it again and choose 'Start'.
Just to be safe restart your computer.
