I have a LG47LN578V the screen was damaged by kids . doeskin show any image

Unfortunately , the LCD is the most expensive part of a tv to replace, and will cost Almost as much as the tv itself. But you could open the back and sell the parts inside to recover some money. You can easily and quickly sell the power supply, speakers, mainboard, inverters, tconn card.you Should be able to get about $150-200 for the parts. Sorry to be the bad news guy. Good luck. If you need assistance taking tv apart you can message me and I Will be glad to help.

How to change screen on seiki 42 inc flate screen tv

Merely CHANGING it would not be a problem. GETTING, OBTAINING, BUYING one will be! And that's sad. I've been around the service business for several years and learned that the manufacturers of new flat screen TV sets only buy/manufacture enough extras to take care of their warranty work. They obviously don't want you to be able to repair them. Only hope you have for buying one is from a re-seller that tears down those that don't work and saves and sells the parts on the Internet. You'd need AT LEAST the Name Brand and Model # of your TV. It'd be even better if you were to dismantle it and get any viewable numbers off ths screen assemly itself to support your communication with a seller to insure you're buying the correct item. Hope this helps although the outlook for success on this type of repair is rather bleak.

Vizio sv320xvt mainboard not sending +5 to t-con

The missing +5 seems to me to be a real clue--try to follow it back to mainboard etc---it can be a open or just a processor is not switching it on---impossible to really get a component schematic with voltages etc as they do not want to sell and do not sell discrete parts--if you find it is there Google the internet for that board--seen some on ebay from dropped or junked sets and others elsewhere.

I do not like "replace the board either" but in some cases (which is what the maker wants it is the way the repair work is done now.

over 30 years here in experience from tube type sets to current junk.

I need an LCD Controller Board for a Philips 47PF9441D/37 TV. THe number on the board is 3104 313 61392. Philips does not support this. Can it be repaired if a replacement is not available?

There ARE replacements, Philips just do not sell to regular members of the public. You will need to go to a TV repair shop in your city and tell them what you need. A good honest repair shop would be able to order the part from Philips. but if you know what you're doing you can save money and install it yourself.

So the shop should just charge the cost of the part in question at cost price, plus maybe 10% on top of that for the trouble of ordering the part. Just make it clear to the shop that you just need the part, not the labour!

Most manufacturers do not sell direct to normal people, including car makers. For example if you rang ford and asked for a new engine for your car they would tell you no (in nicer words), but if you go to a ford dealer or car garage for a new engine, they could have one ordered for you.

Just hoe the whole silly system works.
Hope this helps

It is hard to find a company that will tell you where the parts come from. Most parts you cannot purchase in america.
Here is a website I would suggest that will help you at best!

Need a replacement power cord for lcd 2000 falt screen

Hey Okky,

If you have been having difficulty locating a replacement power cord for your Polaroid LCD-2000 TV, I would strongly suggest contacting Polaroid directly for further assistance. In some cases, if a manufacturer is unable to provide you with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part, they may be able to provide you with a number of aftermarket part models that may better fit your needs.

Additionally, please keep in mind that while Best Buy™ stores may not always carry replacement parts for every product we sell, our online partner's website typically will have an expanded assortment of replacement parts available.

You should be able to reach Polaroid by calling their toll-free hotline at (866)-289-5168, or you can always visit Best Buy Partsearch using the link I've provided below:

http://bestbuy.partsearch.com/

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron
