Question about Apex Digital Digitrex DSC-3000 Digital Camera
I put new batteries in and new memory card in. When I attempt to turn it on I get a small burst of power (green light goes on and aLCD screen flashes on) then nothing. I then open the battery door and can repeat that process again.
My son got this camera over a year ago (not new) and it came with this problem. He just put the camera aside. I am trying to see if it is salvageable or not fixable.
Are you using rechargeable batteries, and have tried lots of different batteries? Also, sometimes rechargeable batteries fresh out of the package can be dead or have very little juice. Just a thought...Hard to say that's it though if you were having the same thing happen before...
