Question about HP DeskJet 3320 InkJet Printer
This printer has been barely used in the three years it sat in my motor home. Now have a new (with Vista) laptop and the printer does not respond to printing commands. The laptop recognizes the printer but the the printer does not respond. HP tells me the printer is the problem (too old) but can be fixed on line (for the cost of a new one). If it is software problem try installing default drivers for HP deskjet 3500 from within vista itself. Solved my problem. May the force be with you.
