I have a Turbochef Tornado oven that shows message code F8.
The oven cannot reach required temperature. It only gets to about
40-50c.

The door can go out of alignment for many reasons. A lot of older ovens will need new hinges to properly align the door. Also slamming the door will mis align the switches. Remember that the door holds back the microwave radiation make sure you are properly alighed to preven leakage!
