SOURCE: Philips HD-5661 How does Foam maker work?

I recently acquired the same model of espresso maker. I have found that you have to turn it on, and give the water time to heat up before attempting to use the steam function. If you turn on the steam knob too early, it will shoot out a stream of water, so you have to wait till the water is hot enough... probably 3 minutes or so. I'm assuming that you already know that you just place the steam spout into a mug of milk to both heat it up and create foam simultaneously. -Tim

My philips hd tv does not have a picture . only

Do the channel controls work? If not, then try going into the TV's menu and find the factory default reset function. If that solves the issue, you may have to do that every time you turn your TV on.
Just as with almost every other issue, I suggest you get in touch with the manufacturer for proper assistance.

Is a Philips SB329986 HD enough for Sky HD?

Cant find specs on your Model. If it is HD 720i or 1080i both will work. But then again the Sky box may convert the HD to composit, which makes ordinary old TV sets look fantastic. On a HD set they look even better. don.t worry it will work.

That model does not support HD resolution Divx files. The avi was probably encoded at HD resolutions, not DVD or lower.

Im unable to play HD DVD on my philips HTS8100 home theatre system

As far as I can see your philips dvd player is not a HD-DVD player.
It just upscales standard dvd or digital content to HD ready televisions.

Espresso machine

Sometimes the rubber seals on these can be very "stuck" after not being opened for a while - about the best way to free them is to pour a little hot (near boiling) water around the outside of the lid to soften up the seal, make sure you are trying to turn it the right way (anti-clockwise) and give it a little force. You can help prevent this in future by lightly greasing the seal with a tiny bit of vegetable oil - sunflower oil works fine but most should do the job. if the rubber seal looks very distorted or cracked then take it to a hardware store and see if they can find something the right size or try philips support from the same link below. get the user manual here (sorry not available in english, but is available in most other main languages) http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?slg=AEN&cat=KAP_COFFEEMAKERSANDKETTLES_CA&sct=CK_ESPRESSOMACHINES_SU&session=20070307124515_83.54.34.75&grp=KITCHEN_APPLIANCES_GR&ctn=HD5661/90&mid=Link_UserManuals&hlt=Link_UserManuals Hope this helps :)
