The orange light shows the battery is charging. It will turn green when the battery is fully charged. The white light shows there is power entering the computer.
The usual problem with a computer when there is no response to pressing the power button is that the motherboard has failed requiring the replacement of the motherboard.
If the computer is still under warranty there should be a free motherboard replacement, if not, and you are able to do the replacement, you can find motherboards for sale on various websites. Be aware that motherboard replacement for laptops can be expensive if done by computer repair shops.

It only blink the orange light and the computer could not start.

What, orange light, when you ask a question tell me all the details, what motherboard? are you talking about a motherboard or computer or laptop? There's lots of lights on a motherboard you see, so saying light on the motherboard could mean anything. does the computer post. Does it get into the bios. If it gets into the bios but won't get into windows your hard drive may be broken or unplugged. Are you sure the monitor is on and connected, have you tried turning it off and on again, if you can get into bios, go and see if your hard drive is listed under sata or pata devices, if not check your connections then maybe replace your hard drive or call your computer manufacturer.

1st. check your memory sticks, if you have two, flip\flop them around. if you can replace (don't buy them if you can until you are sure that they are damaged) or substitute them for a "lower" value & frequency range. Just to see if the computer turns on.
p.s. are putting the computer together for the 1st time?, Was the computer working before the problem? if so you could have said so!
