Problem for Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H7 Digital Camera

The problem in my Sony DSC-H7 is the display of E:62:12 which I can't figure it out does it means. I don't know how I set it but can't remove it and after its setting I have a problem of not been capturing the desire picture frame. It always make my picture to be occupied partially by its lens outer frame which I mostly have to crop on photoshop to make it workable. Can you guys tell me how could I remove or change that setting.

- I noticed that since my camera DSC T100 fell on the ground he makes some weird noices and now comes up with the same error message E62:12 I think it has something to do with some loose components inside or a sensor, I tried to flick the camera but that didn;t help.
