Dont know the security code for kenwood kvt 617 dvd unit how can i unlock the code

a new eprom chip has to be installed, and proof that you did not steal the set.
best way for your tv not to get stolen is to leave a post it note that it is locked.
it is like passwording a computer, the hard drive needs to be formatted.

Cant get amp and sub to work with the pioneer avic n3

Should be plug n play. Sub out on the unit to the amp and remote turn on from the unit to the amp. If it's not turning on, check the amps remote fuse. Did you replace the previous unit or was it stolen? if stolen, your amp could have been shorted. Just a guess.. If you've got a meter, check the voltage at the amp with the radio "on" at the trigger, should be between 12.2 and 13.8. Also, check the main power for the amp, it runs to the vehicle battery and should be fused as well at the battery and at the amp. Then check your ground, it should be to the floor, not a seat bolt or rear/side/ wall, the factory welds inhibit the amp from grounding correctly, even if it worked before, the amp will run much cooler and more efficiently if grounded to the floor. Just look underneath before drilling a hole! fuel lines and electrical harnesses run in the channels, just be careful. If you still have a problem, post a comment and I can help you some more.

Vehicle stereo with dvd player was stolen want a replacement

Ebay, and other places online, most of the time the changer is a seperate unit from the actual deck. just look around if you could post the actual brand and model of the unit in the vehicle then i could be more detailed but as of right now i say just look around as most of them connect into the actual deck and are not part of it.

Stolen DVD player.

Not sure wha kind of help you are asking for. There's not much you can do if it's gone. I guess you should report it to the police nd then start chekcing pawn shops in our area. Bring your Serial number with you just in case you get lucky.
