Question about Rinnai Webstone The isolator EXP tankless water heater Service Valves WRIK
We have a rinnai tankless water heater and it is very cold here tonight (4 degrees with windchill which is REALLY cold for GA) - and when we turn on the hot water tap - NOTHING comes out. :(
The cold water tap produces water with no problem - it is ONLY the hot water tap that is dry.
Does anyone have any ideas please?
Its A Possibility The Left Over Water In The Hot Is Frozen. If Your Line Is Exposed Outside Somewhere It Can Easily Freeze Up. Turn On The Hot Water Everywhere In The House And If Accessible Check The Lines To See Where The Warmth Ends. You Can Leave One Off Over Night In Hopes That It Will Eventually Defrost.

I also have a Rinnai and live in Michigan and have had it maintained, but I have no Water pressure from the faucet when another faucet is on they are telling me that is rated as the gas comes in the home at 5.8 on your utitlity company and the Hot water heater calls for7.0 it states it on the hwheater go figure.DRS

Take the cover off the unit and use a hair dryer to slowly thaw the HE in the heater so it doesnt burst.
