Find the manufacturer of those devices and go to the manufacturer website and download the windows 7 drivers. There probabbly aren't any.
Windows 7 will use vista driver if upgrading, but not with fresh installs.
purchase driver magician and run the update feature.
The only real solution is to go to the manufacturers web site and download the Vista Drivers for your sound card. I have had this problem before and sometimes your stuck with accepting that you have most of the functions because they don't make a fully compatible driver for Vista.
Yes I have a t61 myself but I have a master image for where I work. Although they have all the correct software, drivers, programs etc that the t61 requires to run properly, I find that there are still some problems with the sound as well. SOMETIMES, not always, the sound will not work with the speakers OR the headphones. This may not be the exact same problem as yours, but for some strange reason, I fix it just by putting the laptop on standby and then starting it up again. Yes, it is strange, but it works for me :)
your audio driver is not helpful for sound card which is you install on your pc.
plaese change this driver.
all windows have different driver for different devices.
so you install the driver compatible with window vista and sound card.
This is the specific Vista driver for your computer. If you have been trying others, your hardware probably will not work. Hardware compatibility is an issue with upgrading to Vista. You need to make sure you are getting the right drivers from the device manufacturer, and sometimes you might find none available.
hiya! 1st of all i recomend u to uninstall vista!!!! we should all wait a little more to use them! the drivers are not all yet ready for vista! i believe that the soundbox u have is not very new...if its so, u have installed the driver for your sound card but not for your soundbox..i believe u wouldnt have had that problem in windows xp cause it instals "it self" the drivers.....so, try find your soundbox's drivers and install all of them
