Sprayer pump on a 32oz spray bottle stoped working

They aren't repairable, I have tried many times in a commercial environment with 10 bottles used dozens or times a day. You just buy a new one. Buy a better make and they last longer.

Their need to be certain parameters present brand, model number, and what kind of product you are spraying

Try disconnecting the tubes from the spray head (under the hood). The press spray button, if nothing comes out, you have a bad pump. It liquid is pumped, then you need to clean or replace the spray heads - they are clogged or damaged

Your pump probably needs priming.
Hold the triggger down and squeeze the bottle at the same time to create a pressure inside of the bottle of spray to prime the pump.

All airless sprayers are on-demand pumps. The two settings are prime and spray. When it is set to prime, the pump will draw liquid from the bucket below and pump it out the side tube and will never stop until you switch it back to spray. When set to spray, the pump will run until the pre-set pressure is reached, then stop. As soon as you start spraying, the pump will run until a few seconds after you stop spraying. Tip size and pressure setting will affect how long after you stop spraying the pump will run. A large tip and high pressure will cause the pump to run longer after you stop spraying.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your LiquaFeed Sprayer. Your water pressure needs to be at least 45 PSI. If your garden hose is longer than 50 ft, this can lessen the water pressure. If there is any foreign matter or crystalization on the bottle or the sprayer where the bottle inserts, this will need to be soaked in warm water, as it may be clogging the sprayer. With the bottle of LiquaFeed apart from the sprayer, squeeze the bottle to see if any product comes out. Try these suggestions to get your machine working properly:

Make sure there is liquid in both the Tank-in-Tank and the SmartMix Bottle and check for spray through the upholstery hose. If the hose does not spray please check the following:

- Remove the belt access door and inspect the pump belt to ensure it is not broken, worn or stretched. You may also check the belt by turning on the power and watching the brush on the bottom of the machine. If the brush rotates the belt is not broken.
- Check for proper placement of the o-ring on the SmartMix Cap Insert (some o-rings are detachable and need to fit over the straw; others are molded to the cap).
- Check for liquid in the base of the machine where the SmartMix Bottle sits (SmartMix Reservoir). If there is no liquid in the reservoir, the neck on the SmartMix Bottle may be undersized, the cap will not make proper contact with the unit and the smart mix bottle will need to be replaced.
- Check for the black or red tank gasket on the SmartMix Bottle Cap and on the bottom of the Tank-in-Tank Assembly. If gasket is lodged in base of unit or has been lost, reattach gasket on auto-load or order new gasket if appropriate.
- Check the valves on the bottoms of the Tank-in-Tank and SmartMix Bottle to make sure water/solution will come through when the "x" valve is depressed. Bladder or SmartMix bottle may be empty or the valve may be blocked internally.
- Check if the small rounded window tabs on the top edge of the Floor Nozzle Window are locked in their mating slots on the base of the machine and not inadvertently lifting the tank up out of place.
