You could run the chkdsk disk utility Click start run type cmd then type chkdsk/r/f which will scan for and attempt to repair any bad sectors and automatically fix any corrupt files on your Hard Drive. or an easier way to run the chkdsk utility Click start control panel administrative tools computer management ,disk management right click on your drive select properties click tools click check now click start two boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors place then a tick in both boxes then select check now, start should schedule this task when restart have no input while the chkdsk utility is in progress any input may further damage your computers Operating System and Hard Drive Use the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to determine which file is causing the issue and then replace the file. try updating your adobe flash player add on in your internet explorer this should correct the issue if not try upgrading your video drivers. otherwise it may be an error with the video itself and not your system. I hope this helps.

maybe your memory card is already full just delete videos,musics or message or transfer it in the computer and restart your phone you wont see it again

Oop's system error has ocurred restarting..,

my htc freesyle wont turn on like what so ever, so i decided to plug my charger in it & i press the on button & it will turn on but the only thing that happens is it will keep flashing "oops an error has ocurred restarting..." & it will keep popping up & then when i disconnect the charger it will keep popping up for at least 10 minutes & then it will stop. can you help me figure out what to do, instead of getting a new phone?

This error is due to the cartridge and nothing else. Just replace the color cartridge and try to use the printer with both (color and black) cartridges. Then it will not give that error again. After installing the cartridges, try to re-install the drivers and restart your system.

That problem is usually due to corruption with the operating system. Try re running the OS if possible.
