I got the limited edition Halo edition last year for Christmas and used it 2 times. The 3rd time I went to use it the game got stuck. I tried to remove the game from the tray and now the tray is loose and wont close:(
It needs a new drive chassis, you will have broken the little plastic tabs that hold the tray level and straight! you can replace the drive but the new drive will need either the old logic board off the broken drive fitted to the new drive or the dvd key dumped off the old drive and flashed to the new one to make it work.

the laser is burning your discs and you need to take it back, seems to be a common fault with the 360, i am onto my 3rd console. hope this helps

cd drive error, if its an older xbox thats what it would be, either that or disk read error thing, i would suggest taking it in somewhere and have people look at it. or check the xox 360 games to see if there are any big scratches. that would be a big problem if there r scratches.

The disc is bad try returnig it or run it thrue a cd cleaner i use memorex from wal-mart it works very good
