Question about Panasonic Toughbook CF-51 Notebook
When I unplug it from the wall it dies immediately. I have pulled 1 battery out and the power meter says there are 2 batteries I am not familiar with why the one that is in isnt letting it run without ac power. the battery that is in it is on the left, side next to wireless card slot toward front side. Is there suppose to be another battery?
It sounds like the battery has gone bad. This happens with Lithium Ion Batteries. It is common for them to no longer hold charge and they must be replaced.
