We have 210 pictures on our camera and want to erase all but the last 5 pictures. We're not sure how to do this without doing them one at a time. Help!

Can you hook your camera up to your computer? Or if you have a card reader then you could take your card out of your camera and put it in your computer. If one of these works then you can go to my computer and double click the card slot. This will pull up your pics and then you can just highlight all the ones you want to erase and put the mouse in the highlighted area right click and select delete. And you are done. This assumes that you have a pc if you have a mac then you have to and then click on the highlighted area and select delete(no right or left click). Depending on your camera thre are some that will allow you to do this same operation from your view screen.

I have been taking pictures all day today, and viewing them. Came home and went to load them up and it shows I have no pictures.

Don't you just love Canons!!! If you didn't accidentally erase them, use a card reader instead of the camera to download them to your computer.

Missing photos...mysteriously erased?

My memory card was not securly in the slot. My camera is broken and just randomly ejects the disk. Therefore I am only taking pictures on the camera memory. In my case I took pictures on the disk, then it popped out of place, and I was only reviewing the pictures on the camera memory. I opened the door reinserted the disk and found the lost photos.

Picture has a sideways "key" on it and won't erase. I have an Olympus FE-210, how do I get rid of the "key" and am then able to erase the picture?

On page 22 of your user manual it talks about protecting images. Looks like you go to playback menu use the arrow keys to select the locked image - then press up or down arrow to remove the key symbol fromt he image by selecting ON or OFF.

It cannot be done, the camera only recognizes videos taking with the camera and has not been erased. One transfer off camera and erased, no way to access the video file.

With the camera on, push the mode button 5 times. The window will show a square with a dark circle in it, and a diagonal line through. Hold the shutter button (that you take a picture with) down until the camera "beeps". This will erase all the pics in the camera. To erase the last pic taken, push the mode button 4 times. This gives you a square with a lighter circle and diagonal line - hold the shutter button until it beeps.

How do I get the date to show and print on the picture of a fe-210?

Do you have the manual? If so, the instructions on how to do that start on page 33.

If you don't have the manual, here it is:
