Question about Apple iPhone 3G
I don't sem to have ear speaker, but when i put on external speaker, i can hear my coller...any have this problem? thanksfor your input.
If the iphone still does this after a hard reset and a software restore, it's usually caused by a defective audio jack module (swap iphone backplate) or the electronic module that sits behind and drives the earspeaker. In both cases this should be covered under warranty. If you're not covered, you can try an iphone repair guide websites, there are also places that sell iphone parts.

Sometimes the phone thinks there are earphones plugged in
try plugging earphones in then unplugging again
also try volume up and down and it will display earphone on screen
keep plugging in and out until it does not say earphone on volume
if that doesnt work restart phone
