Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Hi, this might be a second post but i am really desperate. every time i turn on my mp3 player it takes forever and then it goes to the menu of languages, having had this for about a year, i already set that componet, so after clicking on english, it goes to the menu like normal, go to music, click on songs, find the song i want, click on it, then it shuts down and starts over again, i tried going into different things but every time you try to change something it shuts off and restarts, i tried running the batterey down no luck , i tried deleting all the songs, no luck, my usb and windows media won't even recognize it along with my computer in general, im afraid that my sansa is broken, but the weird thing is i didn't drop it, i haven't downloaded songs in a while i didn't really do anyhting with it and up untill this promblem, i thought it was running great, if you have any idea please post, i need soo much HELP!!!! thank you in advance
Try formatting the player in MSC mode (SETTINGS>USB MODE>MSC) in the My Computer window. Then after it has been formatted try updating the firmware of the player. Notify me if you want steps on how to update the firmware of the player. :D
