Question about SanDisk Sansa c200 MP3 Player
Sansa turns on but stops at start up screen (the one that is mostly white with the red streak through the middle with SanDisk written in the red and the Rat with the mp3 player in its body) and will not go any further. When I plug in the USB cable windows XP says the USB device is not recognized, says it has malfunctioned) I have tried resettingvia power button, holding the volume button, holding the rec button, nothing gets it recognized by the computer. I have a second one and it works fine with the existing cable so the cable is not the issue. Any help before I chuck this damn thing off my deck into the snow??
Try add new hardware wizard.
Once it does not find it.
Tell the new hardware wizard to search for MTP device.
