I need to download the fixya program so I can solve expert problems

This issue happens to lots of laptops regardless of the brand. This could easily solve by downloading and installing this small but great program - Touchfreeze. I am personally using this and so is my wife.

Since the laptop worked without any problems for a month after installing Windows 7, chances of a hardware problem are less.

From the description of the problem it seems that there is some malware/spyware infection or the Windows installation is damaged.

1) Kiindly download and perform a complete scan with a virus/malware removal tool.

You can download the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

After download and installing the program, kindly update and perform a full scan with the program.

2) If the problem persists, you will have to re-install the OS.

try to uninstall the latest update of the .Net framework and then download and install again.
in most cases it will solve the problem

For that you need to uninstall old audio driver from control panel->add remove programs then install driver from below link.

A quick Google search tells me this error means you are running .NET programs without having it installed. Surf to Windows update and patch .NET layer to your system. Horizons requires at least version 1.1 I think.
