Question about HP Pavilion a620n (PC028A) PC Desktop
The error message when opening up Internet Explorer is: '' Microsft Visual C++ Runtime Library.
Buffer Overrun Detected.
Prgram C:Program FilesInternet ExplorertIexplorer.exe
A buffer overun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal's site. The program cannot safely continue to execute and now must be terminated.
I cannot figured out what the problem nor how to troubleshooted. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.
Start computer in safe mode with networking capability (HOLD F8 while computer is starting up)
-Go to you internet explorer
-Go to Tools
-Disable ALL of the add ons (You have to toggle between the two options in the drop down box)
-Once ALL are disabled, delete your cookies (Tools - Internet Options)
