Question about Crock Pots & Slow Cookers
My high pressure cooker exploded as the rubber seal wasn't placed properly, after that, I realised that lid shape had changed a little bit, can that be repaired or is it still usable?
Most of the time NO but i would try setting it in place and locking down the lid and do nothing for a day or so , do not heat it ,just leave it . after a day remove the lid and see if the gasket looks normal if not REPLACE IT ......... what do you have to loose , just a little time , but just so you know those gaskets dont last forever , your should get one if you can ,just to have in case
