Question about RIM BlackBerry 8700g Cellular Phone
Heii uhmm well my blackberry 8011's trackball is broken....my brother took it out and its missing some bits to it now....is it possible to replace that trackball with a new one?
Trackballs are VERY easy to replace! You can take it to your cell phone provider but there is a good chance they will claim the phone is broken.
I would recommend searching on Amazon.com, Ebay, or just googling Blackberry Trackball replacement. They are inexpensive, range from $2 to $10 depending where you look and the quality of the trackball.
I personally have replaced my Blackberry's trackball with a new one off of Amazon. It is very easy to replace. You just need to be careful with handling the trackball due to they are very fragile.
Here is a bunch of replacements you can look into on Amazon:
Youtube even has a few videos on replacing the trackball.
Glad to help you out and good luck with your Blackberry!
