Please be more specific; I do not understand your question at all.

If you meant that the card does not initialize itself, then you must "format" it first.

I deleted all my photos off my sandisk memory card but it's still full?

Try formatting the card. Deleting photos leaves the card fragmented, and if you go through several cycles of shooting and then deleting, cards can become all but unusable. You should format the card every time you finish download all your photos.

Can you recover digital photos that were saved on the internal memory - but accidentally deleted?

You may recover photos from camera with asoftech photo recovery which helped me before. You can download trial for free
http://download.cnet.com/Asoftech-Photo-Recovery/3000-12511_4-10913438.html?part=dl-10913438&subj=dl&tag=button

Please be noted that your camera memory should show as a drive letter in your explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on your computer.

Check your Trash - may be setup to hold on disk until emptied. Will give option to delete or recover.

Re card thinks its full

After you are certain that you have all of your photos copied to another storage (PC CD-ROM etc...) the quickest way to assure that your memory card is empty is to perform a 'format' when the card is in the camera.

Canon PowerShot SD600 Digital... Problem

Take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. Here's some freeware photo recovery software that should be what you're looking for:

http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/recovering-those-accidentally-lost.html

You will need to use a flash card reader with this software. If you don't have one, get one, they're cheap:

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_st?keywords=card+reader&rs=172282&page=1&rh=n%3A172282%2Ck%3Acard+reader&sort=price

Finally, after (and only after) you've recovered all your photos, format the card in your camera. Use "Full" or "Low Level" format, and NOT "Quick" format or "Erase Card". A full format will permanently erase all photos on the camera. But it should also correct this problem from reoccurring.

Screen shows full memory card

It's quite possible that it's actually taking photos and storing them to the camera's onboard memory and not the memory card, explaining why it gets full so quickly with two pictures and why you can only delete two pictures. Look for a setting to change the storage to the memory card.
