Question about Kenmore HE2 Plus Front Load Washer
My washing machine does everything until i believe it is ready to drain and spin and it stops and flashes F21
We have the exact same washing machine, and the same problem. we will need to lift the front of your washer up and undo the bolts to the front cover. you will see a white round turn nob, this is the filter unscrew it (you kight plug your nose) and empty all contents, replace, screw the front plate back on and you are good to go!

"F21" is a Long Drain error code. The following link explains what you need to do to troubleshoot and correct this problem:
Please read through the link thoroughly. In the majority of the cases, this turns out to be a clogged drain pump. Keep in mind, these small drain pumps can become damaged to point where they no longer work, or no longer pump the required volume of water. If the error code reappears after cleaning, it is recommended that you replace the drain pump.
If you have questions, or require additional assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you.
