I have inserted a universal portable 2 gb memory card into the usb port into my computer and am trying to copy pictures onto it for my digital photo frame use. it tells me to insert a disk into drive e. i am confused. please help. thanks. debra

Try removing theSD memory card from your camera and inserting the SD memory card into an USBmemory card reader then connect the USB card reader into the USB port of aworking computer. The computer will see this USB card reader and SD memory cardas an external storage device. You can open the camera photo folder and copythe photos to your computer.

Your cam may have an option to connect using a cable.Most cams have a port on the camera that allows you to connect a cable and back into the usb port of the computer.And it appears on the computer as a memory device from which you can copy.In case your cam has a memory card .You can purchase a memory card reader which attaches to the usb port.The memory card can be inserted into the reader and photos copied from it.
