Try using recovery applications. There are lots out there. Just Google them or try Download.com.
A good one tho is PCInspector which is also free. (pcinspector.de).
My problem is a bit different. I have an 8GB SanDisk MicroSD which I've used on my Samsung Tocco phone for about 4 months now. Everything was fine and I had lots of pictures and videos on it. I used to use my phone cable to transfer the data onto my PC but then for the first time I put the card into the card reader (USB adapter) which came with the card when I bought it (in the same package). I could see the photos and all the folders for about 10 seconds on my PC but then suddenly it stopped working and when I connect the card reader to the PC it just shows a Removable Disk which does not show any info (no size nor anything else). And when I click on the disk it says "Please insert a disk into drive X:.". And when I put the card into my phone again, it says unrecognised format and asks me if I want to format it. I've tried it on a different Tocco phone as well but the same message. I've used 4-5 different recovery programs and the only one that only shows that drive in the program is PCInspector but does not let me do any actions on it. So basically all the other programs don't even detect the drive and PCInspector doesn't let me do anything with it! Guys I'm lost! Can you help please??? I have lots of pictures and videos which are extremely valueable to me and I really want them back. Any suggestions welcome and I would appreciate them! I'm really desperate, pleaseeeee!!!
I'm looking forward to any suggestion.............
All the best.

Here is a video tutorial that can help you restore card data back from this formatted SD card step by step: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7PAMc6eNPbU
I find it when my Seagate hard drive was formatted by my friend and it helps me restore most of my drive videos, files and images.
So, it can also be useful for you.
From now on, make SD card data backups all the time.

Terrible happened ... disappeared all the important
information from your flash drive or memory card! What could be worse
than the loss of information for someone who is constantly with her work? Accidentally formatted a memory card in the camera
with interesting pictures are doing on vacation? Formatted USB-flash cards with
very exactly what you want, but backup is left? All is not lost! Lost information can try to recover.
Hi there, Since I was also facing the problem, where my SD card got corrupted and was not able to access. finally I came across the software to recover corrupted SD card which helped me to recover my lost photos and here is the download link
Well it seems that your sd card is curropt, anyway first of all you can try to format your card by using a PC. note: If you are using your card in a mobile phone then please format your card in fat or fat32. you lost all of your data after formating them.
Backup all data that you want to keep by copying them to the hard drive of your PC and then try to format the card: In Windows Explorer, right-click on the drive that represents the card and choose "Format...". When done, format the card again in your phone - look for the proper menu item. This is important, because the phone may need to format the card in a different way than the computer did. Then you may again transfer it to the computer and restore the data from your backup. If formatting fails, the card seems to be defective and needs to be replaced.
Hi, Try to format it using the method describe below: May be it will help Go Start>Setting>Control Panel> Or Start>Control Panel> Then open> Administrative Tools>Computer Management> Then select In the left Column Click disk management Then locate your pen drive and try to format with fat file system Also you can try to remove the partition and create new one ok... Hi Dear, Same Problem Happened With Me When I Inserted 4GB M-Card In Phone, Later On It Failed To Format And Whn I Use That Card In My Card Reader On PC It Waz Showing 1.8 GB,
I Guess Yu 've To Use 'HP Formatting Tool' To Fix It Up,
Before Downloading, Wanna Let Yu Know What Happened To My Other M-Card Whn I Used It...
I Had 2GB M-Card When I Formatted It On 'HP Formatting Tool' Later On It Waz Showing 4GB, I GuesS Itz Only Coz That Version Of HP Formatting Tool Supports Only 4GB M-Card Coz It Waz Already Mentioned On That Tool On The Dialogue Box,
One More Thing That Yur Phone Might Not Supports 4GB M-Card And Made This Mess,
you can recover photos from reformatted sd card with a professional photo recovery program, here's how you can do it 1. Do not save any new file to memory card. 2. Connect your card to computer. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in My Computer. 3. Download recovery software, recommended asoftech photo recovery (simply because i was using it and it worked), download the program from http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Back-Up-and-Recovery/Asoftech-Photo-Recovery.shtml 4. Install and open the photo recovery program, select your memory drive, and click 'Start' button to start scanning process which will find your lost photos.
