Question about Medion md40298 Notebook
I sent my laptop in for repair a few months ago. It was not charging. The lead was faulty.....When it came back a fine grey line appeared on the screen. After a few months this has got worse. It appears all over the screen intermitantly.
It is now grey, black and yellow and looks very similar to lego bricks...Anyone come across this before......
Hi there, To me it sounds like your Graphics card needs to be replace. If your laptop is under warranty please contact manufacture for replacement parts. If no longer able you can purchase a new graphics card and install yourself very easily. if you need any assistance please contact me. Good luck

Perhaps your monitor is faulty. You should check it out at a repair store. Also, if you have a VGA connector for an external monitor, try with that. If the lines are gone, that means your monitor is faulty.
