The only store that would have one is Toys R Us they sell that product. No manuals are located on-line -- on the internet. Sorry.

The batteries are in the base; pop the rubber of and they are easy to change.

This is a Toys R US exclusive merchandise item. Call them at 1-800-869-7787 24/7 customer service and ask if they can email or mail the instructions to you. I dont see any other way of getting them.

We are having a similar problem. looks like something is growing on an internal lens. same blob covers everything despite which magnification you use.

You will not find a manual for this telescope. However Toys R Us sells this brand. The store may allow you to copy the manual which is inside the box of a new telescope.
