Question about Aureal MTC Vortex Advantage PCI Sound Card
Ok, so i just got a late christmas present (from sweeden) and it is a headset, a really good one! buuut, no drivers, and its plugs are the little pink and green plugs, not usb, and my computer dosent recognise them, restarting dosent help.
You just put the green one into the green hole, if there is one. It is the plug for the speakers/headphones. And the pink one goes into the red hole usually, that's for the microphone.
If you have sound coming from your computer at all, then the drivers necessary to use your headset are already installed.
If you are going to use Messenger or Skype, just go to the audio setting and try the different devices from the drop down list until you select the correct one. You'll know it's the correct one, because you'll see movement in the audio bar in settings.
Hope this helps!
