Question about Panasonic KX-TA82470 8 Port Expansion Card Phone (KXTA82470)
Using a KX-TA824 system with a KXT7731 phone
I am attempting to clear the common area call log using the directions in the Operating Manual; which state:
lift the phone off the hook,
Enter # ,
then hang up once I hear a tone.
It also states I must be using a proprietary telephone that's also the designated operator phone, and I am.
Every time I dial 70**# I just wind up hearing an operator's voice saying the number is not in service.
Can someone tell me a simple way to clear the call log?
You have an INTERCOM button on the phone and you're probably using idle line select on pickup.
Don't pick up the handset, push the intercom button and dial your codes.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
