Re: GTA4 not responding to controller
Bring the game back to where ever you may have made the purchase, there reason could be a possible faulty disk, the main thing to ask yourself is....Are you able to play another game? if so, does this issue occur? If yes, then there is a HIGH change it is your remote, however...if not, then it is the disk, for GTA4, Let me know how it goes, Thanks, Justin. Please Rate Me

First you hold the big X button in the middle to turn the controller on.
Next, after making sure your 360 is turned on, push the connect button
on the 360 controller so the lights around the big X are spinning
around. Finally, push the connect button on the 360( which is located
directly to the right of memory unit B) and the lights around the on/off
button of the console should spin. Eventually, your console will find
the controller, and you will know its connected because one single light
on the controller will remain lit while the others wont.
this is a glitch that occurs sometimes when your character takes damage and you walk through a door or something causing game to load to a new screen/area. You will have to load an earlier saved game to get rid of the annoying red ring around tv screen
That is an odd issue, I don't have fallout3 for the xbox, I play it on my gaming rig but I do have the wireless 360 controller for the PC. It might be that the configuration file on your saved data became corrupted or the orientation for the players dominant hand became corrupted. The preferences are stored with your saved games so you may want to see if the problem is in an older staved state. You may also wanted to check the game settings for anything like Left hand/Right hand position. I don't know how the settings are laid out since I am only familiar with the PC version. If all else fails you might have to altogether remove your saved games and restart from scratch, chances are there is some sort of data corruption.
Hey Malcandcooki, I have been playing MErks2 for a long time now...When u get this error, what you should do is, When loading to the main screen, continue your game, then have one of your friends join in, as soon as they have loaded into the game...exit, once done with this, get your friend to start his game, then join. This has a 75% working, but if you keep having problems, there is a high chance it is your HDD. just call xbox 360 customer care......ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER IS COMPATIBLE WITH MICROSOFT....I had that issue, and they could not do anything about it. this is a good example : http://support.xbox.com/support/en/us/xbox/XboxLIVE/GetConnected/HighSpeedISPs/IntroToHighSpeedISPs.aspx
