Save the aggrivation. Go to Walmart and purchase a SanDisk multiple card reader (about $25) usually found in the camera section. It plugs into a USB port on you Mac. Just take the memory card out of your camera and put in the appropriate slot of the SanDisk. The memory card will come up like another drive on the desktop. You can copy images to your hard drive from there.

Hi, i have a Disney Kliq Fun digital camera. It's China manufactured, it's very similar to Disney Pic Micro. The problem is the CD installation isn't compatible with MacBook Pro. Is there any software for...

Have you tried attaching with USB? Should be detected without the software. You can also use an external card reader.

Unless there is some application you like with that particular software, you should be able to use without it.

I can not insyall the driver using the software that came with this camera

When the driver for the camera cannot be installed then you are having compatibility issues. COmpatibility issues are more common with users of windows seven and vista. Simply follow the steps below and try installing the software again.
- Open the software and right click on the setup button
- Click on properties and another window will open
- At the top of the window select compatibility
- Tick the box which says "run this program in compatibility mode for:"
- Select windows xp service pack 2 from the drop down list
- Click on apply at the bottom of the window and then click on ok.
After this install your software and use it.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

Uploading pics to mac from SD card in camera

Have you tried using an external card reader?

They look similar to this at Wal-Mart:

I own a mac and always use an external usb card reader to download my pics and it works great. Also, I know that you need to get your pics off first, but you may need to reformat you card at some point so that it will read faster and work quicker in your camera.

For your software issue, have you tried download the software from kodak's website? The program shouldn't cause your apple to crash. I would try re-installing it from there website.

Vista os loads software but wont reconize camera

There might be compatibility issue. Try running the compatibility wizard in vista. You can start the wizard by typing compatibility wizard in windows Help and Support; it will display a link. Select your powershot software in the list of programs and choose XP in the compatibility mode.
