1995 lincoln continental wont start

Lead and ground going into fuel pump driver module test fine. lead coming out of module test fine but ground is bad. also spark plugs arent firing. is this caused by the crankcase sensor or something else. also where is the crankcase sensor located??

My 1995 Lincoln Continental Will Not Start, when I try the battery acts dead, I've pulled the battery from a big block car (that was fully charged) and I have the same results, the compressor works, the fuel pump works, but when I turn the key forward the dash and interior lights cut out. when I tried hooking it to jumper cables, it draws excessive ammounts of energy, the starter turns slowly, and still will not start. -have any Ideas? contact me at myspace.com/loshjuce thanks fellas.

Have you checked out the core packs? and if you go to autozone you can get a printed diagram where the crankcase sensor is located also look for the location normally under the hood for the fuel pump relay

2001 Lincoln Continental. What wires from the module carry the power to the fuel pump please?

Question edited for clarity and typos, 'modular' > 'module'.

Also check the relay. You can put a pair of wires from the battery to fuel pump to test.

Need to know how to fix the windows in the stereo in my 1996 Lincoln Continental.all the fuses are fine, I don't know what to do next

None of the windows work ? You say fuses are good , which fuses ? Did you pull them all out an look at them ? Did you check for power - battery voltage at the window switches ? There is a driver door module involved !
  • Power Windows Completely Inoperative
  • Supply open or shorted.
  • Ground open.
  • Window regulator control switch inoperative.
  • Circuits open or shorted.
  • Window regulator electric drive inoperative.
  • Driver door module.
  • PERFORM driver door module self test. Service DTCs. If no DTCs are retrieved, GO to Pinpoint Test C .
If you don't know electrical circuit testing suggest you take to a AES certified repair shop ! If you plan to do this anyway your going to need a wiring diagram , wiring harness layout , volt ohm meter !

1995 Lincoln Continental - 4.6 li engine. Car was running fine. Then charging system error began and car eventually drained the battery and left me on the side of the road. I replaced the alternator AND a...

Do yourself a favor , don't play the swap parts game ! Take it to a quailfied repair shop . Every body thinks they can fix car's .They read a little an assume that's the problem . There are specific test for checking fuel pressure an testing the fuel pump electrical circuit . If you want to fix cars go to school . You can't just replace PCM'S - powertrain control modules , they need to be programmed . This requires a factory scan tool or a J-2534 pass through device . I don't think the fuel pump is pumping. Car wont

you would have to fnd the gas line that goes to your motor disconnect and crank car to see if feul comes ,but some cars have a fuel line with a valve that you push in the little pin in the middle and should shoot out fuel looks like your aircondition line but it should be next to fuel injection line

FUEL FILLTER 1995 LINCOLN

i'm assuming you fixed the hose. you have to do a pressure test to make sure fuel is getting to engine. my book says to remove fuel filter cap and have someone turn the key to on position (engine not running) while you listen at the fuel filter opening. you should hear a whirring sound for a couple seconds. if you don't hear any thing check the fuse.if thats ok, check the relay.
