Lead and ground going into fuel pump driver module test fine. lead coming out of module test fine but ground is bad. also spark plugs arent firing. is this caused by the crankcase sensor or something else. also where is the crankcase sensor located??

My 1995 Lincoln Continental Will Not Start, when I try the battery acts dead, I've pulled the battery from a big block car (that was fully charged) and I have the same results, the compressor works, the fuel pump works, but when I turn the key forward the dash and interior lights cut out. when I tried hooking it to jumper cables, it draws excessive ammounts of energy, the starter turns slowly, and still will not start. -have any Ideas? contact me at myspace.com/loshjuce thanks fellas.
