If you comment back here with your exact model number, I may be able to help you more pecisely. Otherwise you can try enteing some of the Standard Master Unlock Codes that work for other TVs. 0000 0711 - 0711 (enter 0711 twice in a row) 1234 1111 7777 4357 6688 4725 1453 2211 3308 Or try holding the SLEEP button on the remote, and MENU button on tv at the same time. Or try the F function key on remote then MUTE on remote at same time. Or try holding the DISPLAY button down for 3 seconds.
If any of these solutions work, comment back here on this page and let me know.
Otherwise I will look around some more and get back to you when I see your comment.

If that fails, try this
* Press and hold the Input Source button - on the TV (not on the remote); continue to hold it until the last step * Press and release the Power button * The TV turns off * Press and release the Power button * The TV turns on * Wait 10 seconds * A message appears saying the TV has been reset * Release the Input Source button
Can you turn it on with the remote? Do any of the other function swithes on the tv work vol,ch up,down, menu etc. If switches on set do not work check in menu for button lock feature. keeps kids from pushing buttons.
You could try a power drain: Unplug the TV's power cable so that the TV is not grounded to the house. Then press and hold in the TV's own power button in for one minute to drain the capacitors. Plug the TV back in and see if it made a difference. If not, it would appear that the software in your TV's mainboard is corrupt and would need to be serviced.
Don't bother with DELL if out of warranty, they can't fix it.
Have the same model and same problem probably It is a bad inverter board, in my case one of the 16 transformers is burnt out on the inverter board. still trying to find a replacement component. if not replacing the board is the only option or getting the inverter board repaired.
by the way, this TV has a Samsung panel: model LTA320W2-L03. so it needs parts for a Samsong not a DELL. DELL does not manufacture or fix them becuase they don't make them
