Question about Canon DR 2080C Path-Through Scanner
Canon 2080c scanner: Customer scans docs with print near the bottom of the page, and when you look at the image on the monitor, approx lower quarter inch of page is blank. Scanner has new feed/sep rollers, Any suggestions? Thanks.
Check your scan settings. If you have chosen A4 and the paper is slightly bigger, this can happen. It is also possible when the scanner does not pick up the paper in the first attempt because it is worn out. In such an event, you may find a blank on the top of the image. Clean the rollers with a damp cloth. Dont use solvents.
