Go to www.brother-usa.com and under support pick home sewing group, then select your model, cs 100t and download a free manual. It will show you where the screw is located, do not remove the screw, just loosen it.
You don't say what brand you have. Some like Singer and Brother have most of their manuals available for free on their websites. www.singerco.com, under customer support, and www.brother-usa.com, under support for home and embroidery sewing machines. You can also see demos on www.youtube.com for various sewing help.
Do you need a manual for it?
Manuals are available from the Brother site. http://www.brother-usa.com/manuals/default.aspx?PGID=3
I can't help you with finding out the model, but finding the right manual should help you do that.
Unfortunately it will mean trawling through all the manuals until you find the right one!
Hope this helps!
I believe these are the UL code and serial number. If there is a display band of decorative stitches on the front of your machine look on the bottom right of that panel. If the number there is a VX-920 there is no manual available for it BUT you can use the manual from the VX 970 which IS available. Do a search for that model manual in Spanish and you should find one.
