Question about SanDisk Sansa e270 MP3 Player
Alright I had a good 7 GB of songs on my Sansa MP3 player I can fit 8 GB but one day my computer crahsed and I had to reinstall everything to it.So when I went to go and charge my MP3 player into my computer it some how erased all my songs so now I'm trying to download them all back but its telling me I still am using 7 GB of my Sansa and that there is only 995 MB left..How do I fix it so I have all my GB back?
Update your firmware.
Download firmware http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1449
Install the newly downloaded firmware.
It should work like new and give you back your missing gigs.
You should prolly reformat the player too.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
