Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)
Hi i bought a sandisk mp3 player model: sansa c 250 and ive put some music in it but everytime i turn it on it says "refresh database", it starts refreshing at one point but stops at less than half way... I left it on 2 whole days but its still the same. Is there anyways i can reset it or erase everything? If not can you tell me what to do? thank you for your time...
Try updating the firmware of your player. Switch the player to recovery mode (enable hold switch and press and hold the record and power button until you see on the screen welcome to recovery mode) download the sansa firmware updater on the sandisk website and install it to your computer. When it ask to connect the device connect the player and check if there are updates on the player. Also try to format the player it may be the songs on the player is causing the problem.
