Touch screen does not respond; have done hard reset to original but no results. cannot get to respond, cannot get to settings to turn on blue tooth for keyboard.

I would suggest you contact the manufacturer for support. It sounds like there is a possible hardware problem.

You may find this page I found on general fixes of help, but I would avoid the last suggestion, if your device is still in warranty. I would think contacting the manufacturer would be a better option, to potentially doing more damage.

Which OS do you have? Have you tried booting to safe mode?. Restart the computer. Immediately after the BIOS post ends, start tapping the F8 key repeatedly. when Windows Advanced Options menu appears, select safe mode and see whether it boots completely without blue screen(BSOD)

Blue screen on ipad

It is a quite frustrating thing that your iPad turns into blue color and your tablet reboots when you are using one of iPad apps. The "iPad Blue Screen of *****" issue leads to our iPhone unresponsible and will affect our normal mobile life a lot. It seems that it's most frequent to U.S. T-Mobile users. iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 5S and others are affected, so there doesn't seem any device related problem. If you are also faced with the "iPad Blue Screen of *****" issue unfortunately, no worries, here are several solutions for you to fix it.
  1. Update or Delete the App
  2. Hard Reset Your iPad
  3. Update to the Latest iOS Version
  4. Restore iPhone to Factory Settings
  5. Turn off iCloud Sync
Please click the following link to get more information and steps about the solutions.

Have anhotc1100 I don't know alot about computers. I can not get it to stop on the blue screen of death to see what may be the problem. I have tried to photograph so I can read, the most I can get is that...

1. On boot up keep tapping F8, then select safe mode with networking
2. type TDSSKILLER.EXE in google.
3 Download tdss.killer.exe to your desktop screen (not the tdsskiller.zip file)
4. Install tdsskiller.exe and run a scan.
5 Once scan is complete, select cure.
6 Reboot your system as normal and everything should work just fine and no more blue screen.

If you get a blue screen of death (BSOD) after trying this method you will have to reinstall windows and the problem will stop.

I have used this method myself on 4 laptops and has fixed every single one. Best news of all is that tdsskiller is a freeware program that sorts all of your drivers in the system32 folder and it's FREE.

Hope this helps and let me know how you get on.
