Question about Acer Computers & Internet
I have to unplug the power cord and take the battery out. Is this a problem. It dosn't happen every time but seems to be happening more ofter.
A startup program or a driver could be causing this problem. You might be able to fix it by running MSCONFIG and select selective startup and turn off Startup items and see if it works reliably once again. If it does, you now know where to look.
Also you don't have to undo the power cord and remove the battery. You should also power off if you hold the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds or so.
