Question about GE JES1238 Microwave Oven
Model number JES1288Sh02 Ge microwave oven
You'll need to remove the outer cover (wrapper) to get to the bulb.
Always unplug a microwave before removing or installing any bulbs.
See these links before proceeding:
The screws you need to remove should be pretty obvious, but a special driver (such as a T20H type or GTXH20-100) may be needed.
Be sure to put all the screws back in the right holes, since some may be special grounding screws.
You can find an exploded view showing the the lamp assembly (location refer# 280) here.
You can order the lamp assembly by entering your full model number here. It is part # WB36X951.

I went to the hardware and changed them to Philips .Another thing I found was the part lists in an envelope glued inside on top of the micro wave with all the parts wish i knew that sooner lol. Finally the Light bulb simple to replace a snap lol.Hope this helps someone else its a same You can,t get Help About something without a price .
