215 is a printwheel error. Remove the P/W, look for dirt or debris in that area, if you have a compressed air source blow out the P/W area. If these fail the P/W led sensor is probably bad. and you most likely need a tech.
The book says turn the T/W off wait 30 seconds and restart, if condition returns call for service. However you might try removing the batteries and unplugging the machine waiting a few minutes and restarting. CAUTION ALL THE MEMORY WILL BE LOST!
121 says that the keyboard is not supported which means that the K.B. is bad. To get around this hold the code key, press & relase the "L" key type 001 rel the code key this sets the T/W to a US keyboard. You will have to do this until you replace the keyboard or repair it see my tip under WW1000.
On the l. side of the keyboard there are keys labeled store, play & delete. Press & hold store then type an address 01 thru 99 release store and type whatever you want. Upon completion press store again. To play it back press play and the address, to clear delete and address.
