Greetings. there is an internal fuse that is blown, and you battery is depleted. The AT2 will shutdown when the paper drive starts when the battery is weak enough. Your unit needs a battery and a PC board repair. The fuse is not operator changeable, nor is the battery. . Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do with one exception: Try a new lint cord, and make certain that the green AC LED is illuminated when the unit is plugged in. If so, try keeping the unit plugged in for a few hours. If proper operation does not come back, you have internal problems that require a skilled electronic/biomedical tech to re-mediate. In that case you should seek professional assistance in the dis-assembly and servicing of your unit.

Hook your ekg machine up to simulator. Run an ekg using the simulator as a patient's heart. If you get a clean 12 lead printout with the interpretation reading "normal sinus rhythm" then I doubt that you need a calibration. If you get something else, I will need to know what it is that you got. there is no true "calibration." If there are issues, they are addressed. Otherwise, you are good to go. Keep me posted,
First of all, the Cardioline Delta 1 if defective would require shipment to Italy for repair, parts and technical information is at a premium this sid eof the atlantic on that particular model. In this case you might be able to resolve your problem by clearing your directory. Acording to Cardioline technical support, that *may* refer to a directory full situation. If you have a copy of your operators manual, refer to it regarding clearing your patient directory and deletion of all the patient data files. Note that doing so will permanently destroy any saved patient data, so print out anything that is important first. I cannot personally vouch for the accuracy of this information, as we have not sold a Delta 1 in many years, and ill admit to being rusty. In fact the tech support engineer was also unfamiliar with your error message, so this amounts to a *very slightly* educated guess. I hope it helps.
You have to check the patient cable of you machine first. you have to check the LF (left foot ) lead of the cable. if there is any other cable you can try it with that. if there is any other ecg machine you have which has the same connector. then try with that also. if the cable found faulty then replace it. Is there is any trace ( line trace ) in the paper for lead 1 to v 6 if not , the problem is with thermal printer of you machine. if so you have to contact the nearest schiller authorized service center. Because the thermal printer head is not available in the openmarket.
hi, There is some problem with the patient cable. Any one of the lead is broken inside. AT2 senses the presence of all the lead first and then only it will acquire the ECG and store it in its memory, after that it will print the ECG. If any one of the lead have some problem. it will not go to the next procedure. and will indicate the lead off light.
1. check are you connected the lead correctly. 2. clean the electrode properly. then try one more time. if problem remains. you have to replace the patient cable. ok
hi, ur machines patient cable have some problem in its left leg lead ,it may be broken inside. no ecg will come if any of the lead have problem. machine sences all the leads is it proper or not , then only it will process th ecg and give printout. u have to replace the patient cable of ur machine. or try to replace the left leg lead if it is repairable one type patient cable. ok
Sometimes you can print out a report even though you are not connected to a patient. If a report prints out you will see "interpretation" on the top middle of the page. If interpretation is not there it most likely means you do not have interpretation. You could also call welch allyn and give them the serial number. They will be able to tell you.

If it stops printing completely in the middle of doing the print, it is because the battery is bad and needs to be replaced. If it only prints some of the leads but it does print the full report it is because you have the leads mixed up (Wrong spot on the patient) or the leads are mislabeled or some of the clips or electrodes are bad. I can fix these. Let me know if you need help.
