Paper Jam 0 error on Xerox Workcentre PE 120i

We are receiving the error "Paper Jam 0" on our Xerox Workcentre PE 120i, however there is no paper jam. After opening and closing the doors (and making sure there's no paper jam), the fax seems to reset and we'll receive the last fax in memory, then we'll get the error message again. Thank you for your help!

SOURCE: Xerox WorkCentre PE120i - Paper Jam 1

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps. Bud

SOURCE: Keeps showing "document jam" even though the jam was cleared

Most likely one of the jam sensors was knocked out of its clip. You would have to take the document feeder off and apart to find and reseat it.

We had a paper jam in the print engine area. Once the paper path has been cleared we are still receiving clear misfed paper in print engine. I have fed paper through the path and cannot find any paper jam.

If your Xerox WC 4150 is displaying "Clear the Jam in the Print Area" you should check and possibly replace the fuser exit actuator (part# 120N00534). Iteminc.com has this part in stock and ships same day. Here is a video the shows you how to check and replace the fuser exit actuator. Good luck, and thanks for using FixYa!

Xerox M15i has a paper jam 2 error, how to fix

Hi, open the right side as if you were removing a jam. You will see 4 silver phillips screws. Remove them, unplug the fuser and slide it out. I think you will find either a paper folded up in the fuser or in the paper path just past the fuser.
The fuser itself probably needs rebuilt or replaced.

Take care

Paper jam

if you cleared the paper jam an your printer still shows this paper jam, you may try this:
1. after you clear the paper jam, turn off an on the printer.
2. if above advice is not working you may try to look more carefully (with a flashlight maybe) if a small piece of paper is not blocking the paper jam sensor.
3. unfortunately this is a job for a qualify serviceman.
4. in less then 2-3 % of cases is a defective sensor, and must be replace by a serviceman.

Replace Drum

your toner has nothing to do with sending/receiving faxes. If you can print to the xerox...something is wrong with the software..
delete and re-install software..Xerox website is useless
check the black sensor that dangles into the paper tray. wiggle it up and down, ahten resintalled the tray
