Question about Sony SPP IM977 Cordless Phone
I've had a Sony SPP-IM977 for a really long time. I love my cordless phone. Recently, the speaker phone on it has been going up and down without me pushing the volume button. Is there any way to fix this without having to replace it?
Did the location change, a Echo from a wall or vibration from the table. It is a one way sound, someone talks and you hear. As soon as you talk it cuts out the speaker even if they are still talking and it transmitts what you say. So any noise in the room could trigger the the transmit mode even an echo from the sound being turned up too loud. The mike is on the bottom of the base and can pick up table vibration and send it into transmit mode. So the person talking cuts in and out.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
