I have a DVD in car system with two headrest lcd monitors with remote controls, any way , one of the monitors suddenly doesn't display any images. It hasn't been a year since the monitar had the problem. Bes buy did the instalation for me, but the product wasn't from them.
Should I take it to Besb buy, or they wouldn't mind looking at it?
Any suggestions, on how to fix it.

Those cables can go bad easily. If you have a meter and know how to use it, try to test continuity on each pin. If that isnt the answer, then either the input of second monitor is faulty, or output of main screen.
If you still need them, let me know I bought one as well and it had them. I will copy them for you. I can only get the one that has the built in dvd player to get sound the other has video but no sound. Let me know if yours works.
The monitor only headrest does not have audio handling circuitry in it. the wire harness for that side is the one with the red and black wire, and the two video inputs, not the harness with the red and black wire and the three RCA jacks. It will function on the wrong harness, but it is not the correct one.
The DVD headrest has two harnesses. One of them is for power and output, the other is for input only from another source. The harness with the red and black wire has the three RCA outputs... the video lead goes to the other headrest, and the audio can be fed to an aux input on a stereo or amplifier. The input harness is designed to be Video 2 input from either a gaming system (a Game Cube is a nice option), or another DVD or video source (hand held video device such as iPod or Smart Phone like a HTC Touch Pro 2).
As for why you have NO sound, press the FMTX button repeatedly till the screen displays no FM transmitting frequency. Then you should be able to turn up the volume on the DVD player headrest only.

To get sound out of the stereo, either run the audio output from the headrest to the aux input on your stereo, or cycle the FM transmit options using the FMTX button on the DVD player unit to a station you can tune to on your car's FM radio.
