Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Hello! I have a Canon Laser Class 7000 (Model: H12013) here in my office and although it both sends and receives faxes, there is a message that says 'received in memory' on the panel display. Co-workers have reported not receiving some faxes they were expecting, so I suspect these are sitting in memory on the machine. Do you know of a way to dislodge these from memory and get them to print out? I'm also looking for a user manual for this fax machine... apparently the original grew legs and walked out the door in times past.
You are right about that. The messages are indeed sitting in memory. Here's the procedure to print them out.
Step1: Press the memory reference button in the one touch speed dial panel
Step 2:Press the search keys(arrow keys under the one touch dialing panel)until the option "print document" is highlighted and then press SET.
Step 3:Press the search keys again to select the transaction ID of the document you wish to print and then press SET.
Step 4:Press # to print the whole document or * if you wish to print only the first page.
