I have a Compaq Presario C700 notebook. It won't start. When I boot up it will show a screen that says "windows is loading files," then go straight to system recovery options. I have tried start up recovery and it states that it can not fix the problem automtically. Please help.

Use system restore to set computer earlier date that was working fine.
