Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a Canon Laser Class 7000 (Model: H12013) here in my office and although it both sends and receives faxes, there is a message that says 'received in memory' on the panel display. Co-workers have reported not receiving some faxes they were expecting, so I suspect these are sitting in memory on the machine. Do you know of a way to dislodge these from memory and get them to print out? I'm also looking for a user manual for this fax machine... apparently the original grew legs and walked out the door in times past...
We have this machine! all you have to do is hit the green button and they will print out!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
